Sessions

A session is one browser that's signed in to your account. The Security page lists every session, so you can see where your account is in use and end anything that you don't recognize.

See your sessions

Go to Security. The Sessions section lists each session with its device, its IP address, and when it was last active. The session that you're reading the page in is marked This session.

A session lasts 30 days from the moment it starts.

End one session

To end a session, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Security.
  2. In the row of the session, click Sign out.

If you end the session that you're using, you're signed out and sent to the sign-in page.

End every other session

To end every session except the one you're using, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Security.
  2. In the Sessions section, click Sign out other sessions.

Both actions appear in your activity.

Sign out everywhere

A session covers every CodeSoh product that you signed in to with it. When it ends, you're signed out of those products too, whichever side you started from:

  • Signing out of a product, such as Artifex, signs you out of Accounts and of every other product that you signed in to from that browser.
  • Signing out of Accounts, or ending a session on the Security page, signs that browser out of every product.

If you're signed in to several accounts, signing out affects only the account that you sign out.

Sessions end on their own

Sessions also end in the following cases:
